Tai Chi Chuan Class for Beginners - Every Tuesday Starting 3 May 2016

Tai Chi is a component of traditional Chinese medicine that is believed to increase strength, promote calmness and serenity by improving the flow of internal energy throughout the whole body. Tai Chi has a meditative effect that is particularly helpful to reduce stress and anxiety. Regular Tai Chi practitioners claim that they experience a general sense of well-being.

The benefits of Tai Chi ranges from the recovery of muscle control after surgery, reduces muscle pain and hypertension. Practicing Tai Chi regularly helps you to avoid Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Asthma and other common ailments.
